Fireworks light up the sky in HCMC as Vietnam rings in the Year of the Cat

HCMC – Fireworks displays started in HCMC at 0:00 a.m. on January 22, the first day of the Lunar New Year (Tet) as HCMC and other parts of the country rang in the Year of the Cat.
