Local flower market busy ahead of Tet

BINH PHUOC — With the Tet holiday approaching, the Binh Long flower market in Binh Phuoc Province is busier than ever, with a large number of merchants and shoppers.

The flower market at Binh Long Park in Binh Long District only lasts from January 14 to 21 (the 23rd to the 30th of the final lunar month). It has attracted hundreds of gardeners and merchants in the province and others like Binh Duong, Ben Tre and Tien Giang.

A variety of flowers and ornamental trees have been put on sale at the market, comprising apricot blossom trees, marigolds, chrysanthemums, cockscombs, paperflowers and kumquat plants.

Many people have come to the market to buy flowers, take photos, and admire the beauty of the flowers signaling the arrival of the spring.
