Mr. Mau Duc Thinh (75 years old) and Ms. Vu Thi Minh Nguyet (71 years old) are from Hai Duong City. The couple chose Da Lat as a tourist destination to celebrate the 47th wedding anniversary. Mr. Mau Quang Minh, their son, said the wedding photo set was an unexpected gift for his parents. Therefore, the whole family did not prepare anything before the trip.

Impressive photos were taken in the area of Bare Hill (Doi Troc) in the Golden Valley and the old Cadasa villa on January 16. When being asked about the reason for choosing these location, Mr. Minh explained that watching the sunrise at Tran Hill was a very memorable experience when going to Dalat.

Bare Hill is an area of 30 m2 with few trees, but it is the ideal destination for couples to take wedding photos because there are not many obstacles. Therefore, this place is also known as Uyen Uong Hill or Bride Hill. This place is about 13km from the center of Dalat City and takes tourists about 40 minutes to travel.

Mr. Minh said that the wedding photoshoot was easily taken by two models who knew how to pose. “After 47 years of love and being together, love has always been a bond for my parents to keep the fire of happiness up to now, therefore, taking photos is not difficult. My parents pose very naturally ”, he shared.

Mr. Thinh and Mrs. Nguyet have traveled many places, but they have not returned to Dalat for a long time. Wedding photos taken make them recall many memorable things. They knew each other since childhood and were separated by the war. Mr. Thinh enlisted and became a wounded soldier in the spring campaign of 1968 (Mau Than campaign) in Quang Tri. When he was discharged from the hospital and the army, he passed the entrance exam to the National Economics University. Ms. Nguyet also started to study at the University of Education. Since then, every weekend he rode a bicycle from Giai Phong Street to Cau Giay Street to pursue his love. They got married in 1974.
