D2D to Distribute 5,000 VND Per Share Dividend After 17 Years

The Board of Directors of the Industrial Urban Development Company No. 2 (D2D) has approved a resolution to distribute a cash dividend for the fiscal year 2025. Shareholders will receive 5,000 VND per share, which corresponds to a 50% dividend rate based on the par value of the shares. The deadline for registering to receive dividends is September 30, 2026, with payments scheduled for October 14, 2026.

D2D, which has over 30.3 million shares in circulation, will need to allocate approximately 152 billion VND for this dividend payment. The company is part of the Sonadezi Group, which holds 17.5 million shares, amounting to nearly 57.9% of D2D's charter capital. This means Sonadezi is expected to receive around 88 billion VND from this dividend payout.

Known for its tradition of regular dividend payments, D2D has maintained a cash dividend policy since its listing, with rates reaching as high as 87% in 2023. On the same day the dividend plan was approved, the Board of Directors also revised the business plan for 2026, setting a revenue target of 408 billion VND, a pre-tax profit of nearly 156 billion VND, and a post-tax profit of 122 billion VND. This adjustment will be reported at the next shareholders' meeting.

As of the close of trading on September 12, 2026, D2D shares were priced at 29,950 VND each.
