At the press conference to provide information about the conference to announce the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2023, with a vision to 2050 and promote investment in Ha Tinh Province on May 19, Mr. Ha said the event would take place from May 26-28, with the theme "Ha Tinh Province - Realizing potential and aspiration." 
The conference aims to provide complete information on the development planning orientation of industries and fields and introduce and promote the province's potentials, advantages, investment incentive policies, and investment project portfolio to the public domestic and foreign investors. It also enhances the role of the business community and the people in organizing and monitoring the plan's implementation.According to Mr. Bien Phan, Deputy Director of Ha Tinh Department of Planning and Investment, to enhance the projects in the area, the locality wishes to attract many high-class investors such as VSIP, Vingroup, Sun Group, etc. 
Especially at the Investment Promotion Conference, the province expects to sign 21 memorandums of cooperation with a total investment of over 200,000 billion VND with potential investors. Ha Tinh Province continues to invite capable investors to learn, survey, and research investment in developing industrial infrastructure to serve the province's industrial development; 
The province prioritizes attracting investment projects to build an infrastructure of industrial parks spread over districts, towns, and industrial clusters in the whole province. On this occasion, the province will announce a list of potential projects. In addition to 30 projects calling for investment approved in the planning, Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee added more than 80 real estate, tourism, and industrial projects.
