HCMC – Son Hai Group, a local construction firm based in the central province of Quang Binh, wants to build an expressway linking Khanh Hoa Province and neighboring Lam Dong Province.

The Lam Dong Province Department of Transport will work with the relevant agencies to consider Son Hai Group’s proposal to develop the Nha Trang-Lien Khuong expressway project and report to the provincial government by February 24 this year, a local transport official confirmed today, February 11.

Son Hai Group said in its proposal sent to the provincial governments of Lam Dong and Khanh Hoa that it was set to build the expressway under the public-private partnership format.

This project, which will connect Nha Trang City in Khanh Hoa Province with Lien Khuong in Duc Trong District, Lam Dong Province, got the prime minister’s approval in 2021 to be added to the list of expressways in the central region and the Central Highlands, according to the Lam Dong transport authority.
