The confrontation took place on Tuesday, with both lawyers exchanging heated words and insults, creating a scene reminiscent of a boxing match.

The altercation erupted as the court heard testimony from Julio Soria, a security guard who had been involved with Maradona. During his testimony, Soria was questioned about conversations he had with Leopoldo Luque, the neurosurgeon accused of negligence in Maradona's care. The prosecution described Soria as a hostile witness, which led to a heated exchange between Burlando, representing Maradona's daughters, and Oneto, who defends Luque.

Oneto accused Burlando of threatening Soria, to which Burlando retorted that he was, in fact, threatening Oneto's client.
