Colonel Pham Huu Truong, previously the Deputy Director of the Gia Lai Provincial Police, has been officially appointed as the Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police. This appointment was announced during a ceremony on June 19, 2026, where the decision was presented by Major General Dinh Viet Dung, the Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police.
