According to him, marketing over the Internet and e-commerce is becoming an inevitable development trend, which any business or cooperative should aim for. His business is no exception.
Previously, he had tinkered with e-commerce on TikTok Shop but faced many difficulties, such as being hit by a live stream, needing help to post products in the shopping cart, and being squeezed interactively. Because he needed to understand this background, he also needed experience or expertise.
"I learned a lot about e-commerce today, being able to participate in OCOP 4.0 Market, witnessing KOC livestream sales, and was lucky when orders exploded," he stated.
Trong acknowledged that this is a positive signal for him to make more efforts in the coming time. At the same time, he plans, after returning, the company will invest time, people and money to master the game of e-commerce for its products.
The organizers said that this is the first time that OCOP subjects have both displayed and introduced products at the stalls of the farmers' market and live-streamed to promote products on the TikTok platform.
