Phạm Hoàng Thu Uyên has been officially announced as a contestant in the upcoming Miss Earth 2026 pageant. The 28-year-old beauty hails from Hải Phòng and was presented with her sash by Trịnh Mỹ Anh and crowned by the current Miss Earth, Natálie Puškinová, during a recent event.

In her statements, Thu Uyên expressed that participating in an international beauty competition is not only a personal opportunity but also a chance to showcase Vietnam's image to the world. She emphasized that the greatest pressure she feels is not about achieving a specific result but rather the responsibility of representing her country. "Every word, action, and mannerism contributes to the image of our nation in the eyes of international friends," she shared.

Thu Uyên aims to present a representation of Vietnam that balances cultural preservation with modernity and dynamism. She has stated that she does not want to focus solely on the competition's outcome but rather hopes to leave a lasting impression as a serious and responsible contestant who strives for excellence.

In preparation for the pageant, she plans to enhance her performance skills, language proficiency, and physical fitness, while also developing a community project that will be revealed soon. Thu Uyên holds a degree in Business Administration and stands at 1.7 meters tall, with measurements of 84-61-94 cm. Currently, she works in the healthcare and beauty care sector. Previously, she made it to the top 16 in the Miss Universe Vietnam 2022 and was awarded the title of Second Runner-up at the Global Vietnam Tourism Queen 2024.

Miss Earth is an annual international beauty pageant established in 2001 by Carousel Productions in the Philippines, aimed at raising awareness about environmental issues. The pageant's motto is "Beauty for a Cause."
