Lam Dong Province People's Committee decided to put administrative violation punishment on Phu Thinh Real Estate Company with the amount of 180 million VND because the company did not hand over the maintenance fees and the interest on the deposit for the preservation costs to the management board of the apartment at 4 Huyen Tran Cong Chua.

Lam Dong Province People's Committee has just made a decision to administrative sanction against Phu Thinh Real Estate Investment and Business Co., Ltd (Phu Thịnh Real Estate Company) which has its head office at Phan Thiết Industrial Area, Phong Nam Commune, Phan Thiet city, Bình Thuận province and its legal representative is Mr. Tran Thanh Duc.

According to the Lam Dòn province authority, Phu Thịnh Real Estate Company did not hand over maintenance funds and deposit interest of the building maintenance expenses (shared ownership part) to the management board of the apartment at No.4 Huyen Tran Cong Chua, Ward 5, Da Lat City. The amount of money must be handed over is 546 million VND and the deposit interest rate.

Therefore, the Lam Dong province people's committee issued a decision to administratively sanction Phu Thinh Real Estate Company 180 million VND and they were forced to hand over the amount of 546 million VND maintenance fee for the shared ownership part of the apartment and the deposit interest rate according to the law regulations to the building management board at No. 4 Huyen Tran Cong Chua.

The Phu Thinh apartment project at 4 Huyen Tran Cong Chua has a total land acreage of 1,054 square meters with a nearly 27 billion VND investment. The building included one semi-basement floor and 5 floors; total construction floor area of more than 3,600 square meters with 42 apartments. The project is completed and put into use in 2021.
