The revocation starts from January 8, 2023, and applies to cold-chain food and non-cold-chain items.

The Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade has told enterprises and localities, especially those that export agro products to the Chinese market, to keep information about customs clearance at border gates up to date and coordinate with the northern border provinces to transport goods to the nation.
The country has started to loosen its Covid-19 prevention and control measures. Vietnam’s tourism and trade are expected to rebound stronger during the new year, especially the fishery export industry, due to the expectation of a surge in seafood consumption in the Chinese market.
