Pursuant to the MoU, the two sides will establish the consultation collaboration on promoting Corporate Governance with best practices; provision of consultation on ESG strategy development (Environment, Social and Governance) appropriate in the Era of Sustainability Business; Establish & Strengthen the ESG policies and practices; Internal Control Assessment; and Business Process Improvement.

In addition, VietStar and Tricor Axcelasia also collaborate with each other to provide consultation on promoting foreign companies’ investment into Vietnam as well as Vietnamese companies’ investment into ASEAN countries, which helps foreign enterprises have the best preparation related to the local market as well as policies and procedures before investing into Vietnam, and also helps Vietnamese enterprises better understand ASEAN market to smooth the successful investment. The two partners provide the enterprises with investment promotion information in 22 markets that our strategic partner - Tricor Axcelasia has been having cooperation with.

With a dynamic business environment, Vietnam is still a bright destination for foreign investment from ASEAN countries and other countries in 2022, according to Vietnam Briefing.

Regarding Vietnamese investment into ASEAN countries, ASEAN countries have always been attractive investment market to Vietnamese enterprises.

Previously, in February this year, VietStar and Singapore Management University (SMU) have signed MoU in the presence of Vietnam President Nguyen Xuan Phuc as well as senior leaders of Vietnam and Singapore. The partnership aims to hone the management and leadership capability of leaders and managers in Vietnamese enterprises, share best practices in corporate governance and digital transformation. Through this signing, the two parties have successfully co-organized the second Vietnam-Singapore Board Forum in May 2022 in Hanoi.
