Vietnam: Nearly 19000 civil servants resigned within one year

According to a report by Ministry of the Interior, in Vietnam, from July 2022 to June 2023, nearly 19000 civil servants and officials resigned nationwide, with the most concentrated in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
