HCMC – The Ministry of Transport has proposed upgrading and improving three national highways, 53, 62 and 91B, in the Mekong Delta, with an estimated total investment cost of VND7,158 billion. Of the cost, over VND5,600 billion will be sourced from World Bank loans, cited the Vietnam News Agency.
