CAAV proposes adding nine new airports
HCMC – After a month of working with 10 provinces that proposed including their local airports in the national airport plan, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has given the go-ahead to nine airport projects. CAAV submitted a document on the results to the Transport Ministry after
