The 2026 LCK Challengers League (LCK CL) playoffs are set to begin on August 31, showcasing the top teams in the league. DN Supers and Kiwoom DRX have successfully advanced through the Play-In stage, confirming their spots among the final six teams competing for the championship.

T1 Esports Academy and Dplus KIA have secured direct advancement to Round 2 of the playoffs, finishing in first and second place in the Challenge Group, respectively. Meanwhile, KT Rolster, Nongshim RedForce, DN Supers, and Kiwoom DRX will kick off their playoff journey starting from Round 1.

DN Supers clinched the 5th seed on August 24 after a decisive 3-1 victory over the 1st seed from the Trial Group, Kiwoom DRX. The team took the lead by winning the first two games and sealed their victory in Game 4, with 'Lancer' Han Jeong-heum being named Player of the Match (POM).

In another notable match, BNK FearX triumphed over Hanwha Life Esports with a clean 3-0 sweep. Kiwoom DRX later secured the 6th seed by defeating BNK FearX 3-1 in the final round of the Play-In held on August 25, with 'AKaJe' Choi Soo-hyuk earning POM honors for his impressive performance, including a pentakill in Game 4.

All playoff matches will be conducted in a best-of-five format. In the Winners' Bracket Round 1, KT Rolster will face Kiwoom DRX at 2:00 PM on August 31, followed by Nongshim RedForce against DN Supers at 5:30 PM. The teams that lose in this round will compete in the Losers' Bracket match on September 7 at 5:00 PM.

On September 8, T1 Esports Academy will play against one of the Winners' Bracket Round 1 victors at 2:00 PM, while Dplus KIA will take on the remaining winning team at 5:30 PM. The playoffs will be hosted at WDG Studio Hongdae in Mapo-gu, Seoul, with Riot Games Korea organizing the tournament and the Korea e-Sports Association overseeing operations. Woori Bank is also participating as a sponsor.
