Thể Công - Viettel, the runner-up of the V.League, has made a significant move by announcing the signing of three new players as they prepare for the 2026/27 season. The club confirmed the arrivals of Doãn Ngọc Tân, Phạm Trung Hiếu, and Triệu Việt Hưng in a press release on July 23, 2026.

Doãn Ngọc Tân, who joins from Thanh Hóa after five years, has signed a two-year contract. The 31-year-old midfielder is noted for his energetic playing style and stamina. He previously captained Thanh Hóa, leading the team in 17 matches last season, and is expected to enhance the midfield strength of Thể Công - Viettel.

Phạm Trung Hiếu, also signing a two-year deal, is recognized for his impressive physical attributes and speed. The 1998-born defender played a crucial role at Hải Phòng in the last season and is anticipated to bolster the team's defensive line.

Triệu Việt Hưng, a modern midfielder known for his versatility, has signed until the end of the 2028/29 season. His experience with Hải Phòng FC will provide Thể Công - Viettel with additional tactical options as they aim for success in multiple competitions in the upcoming season.
