The Indonesian national football team has wrapped up its preparations for the ASEAN Cup 2026 with an impressive 3-0 victory over Bali United. This result sends a strong message to their rivals, particularly Vietnam, as they gear up for a crucial match in Group A.

Under the guidance of coach John Herdman, the team showcased its potential during a training camp in Bali. Despite missing several key players, Indonesia managed to secure a solid win, with goals from Marc Klok, Dony Tri Pamungkas, and newcomer Mitchell Baker. Baker, a 19-year-old forward standing at 1.96 meters, recently completed his naturalization process and is expected to play a pivotal role in the upcoming tournament.

Herdman expressed optimism about Baker's quick adaptation to the team, stating that his scoring ability will bolster Indonesia's attacking options, especially after the absence of their top striker, Ole Romery.
