The center was restructured according to Decision 03/2019/QD-UBND of Hung Yen Province as a multi-functional medical center that performs both medical examination, treatment and prevention.

The district medical center is classified as a Grade III hospital by the Hung Yen Province People’s Committee, with 203 beds, and 11 specialized departments.

Under the guidance of the provincial Department of Health as well as the Communist Party Committee, People’s Committee and People’s Council of Phu Cu District, the center has maintained tight coordination with relevant organizations and unions in efforts to overcome difficulties and fulfill its tasks.
