Large container bins are becoming a common sight for residents in many parts of New York City as the city implements new strategies for waste collection and management. The approach aims to address longstanding issues around litter and rat infestation problems in the most populous US city.
Tetra Pak, VECA join to expand used carton collection
HCMC – Tetra Pak has cooperated with VECA to expand the collection of used beverage cartons to 18 districts in HCMC since October, up from 14 districts in the first phase. Tetra Pak and VECA also set up additional collection sites at 10 condominiums in the city. The volume of cartons collected is
