Vietnam and Mongolia memorandum on agricultural cooperation

(VAN) Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Le Minh Hoan signed the first Memorandum of Understanding on Agricultural Cooperation with the Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia, Khayangaa Bolorchuluun.
