Ultraviolet radiation index stays high in HCMC

HCMC – The ultraviolet radiation (UV) indexes in HCMC and elsewhere in southern Vietnam will pose a high risk of harm between 11:00 and 13:00 from February 13 to 15, according to the Southern Regional Hydrometeorological Center. The weather forecast bulletins of the Southern Regional
