HCMC – The Hanoi People’s Committee has announced the closure of the pedestrian spaces around Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, allowing citizens to travel smoothly during the Tet holiday. The walking zones around Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter will be closed from January 20 (the 29th of the
