Bell 505 helicopter, number VN-8650, crashed in the sea bordering Lan Ha Bay (Hai Phong) and Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh). There were five people on the helicopter, including a pilot, Colonel Chu Quang Minh, and four Vietnamese tourists.
