New Regulations for Travel Procedures on Planes in Vietnam

Beginning February 15th 2024, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam issued Circular 42/2023/TT-BGTVT implementing a number of new regulations regarding identification documents when traveling by airplane. Per the new regulations, passengers must present certain documentation when going through
