According to reports from North Korea's state media KCNA, leader Kim Jong Un observed military drills of long-range artillery units that were planned to strike "enemy capitals."
UAE opens border with Qatar
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) reopened all of its land, sea and air entry points with Qatar starting on Saturday, state news agency (WAM) reported. The reopening of its border is critical as the UAE prepares to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
