The Ho Chi Minh City I team took the leading positions in both the combat and demonstration categories for men, winning 13 gold medals in total.
Meanwhile, the Son La team topped the female combat category after securing four gold, one silver, and one bronze medals. They were followed by the Hanoi I and Gia Lai teams who finished in second and third places, respectively.
Overall, Ho Chi Minh City I came out top in the final medal tally with 17 gold, seven silver, and 10 bronze medals.
The second-placed spot went to Hanoi I after snatching nine gold, four silver, and 14 bronze medals.
The tournament initially began on April 7, drawing the participation of roughly 1,000 martial artists from 47 different taekwondo clubs nationwide.
Competitors fought in 92 combat and demonstration categories across three age groups, from 12 to 14, from 15 to 17, and above 17 years old.
