Khoai Chau High School recording high achievements

Principal Luu Minh Nam said that in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning, the school has directed teachers to develop their plans in accordance with the guidance of the Hung Yen Province Department of Education and Training.

In the 2021-2022 school year, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the school efficiently combined online and offline teaching and learning methods, including online extracurricular activities, practical experience and collective activities. The school continued implementing Prime Ministerial Instruction 31/CT-TTg (dated December 4, 2019) on moral and lifestyle education for students, while strengthening soft skills and providing psychological consultancy for students.

The school pursues a dual goal – controlling the COVID-19 pandemic and continuing with the curriculum and school tasks at the same time.

In the 2021-2022 school year, school programs won prizes at school-level and provincial-level e-learning lesson design contests, respectively. The school had 33 teachers awarded school-level excellence recognition, and 72 and 36 students awarded school-level and provincial-level excellence recognition. The school’s students had 47 ideas at a science and technology innovation contest, while two of the school’s projects won second prize at a provincial-level science and technology innovation contest.

Khoai Chau High School has gradually innovated and built diverse career guidance curricula and enhanced practical experience activities for students to improve the quality of vocational education and help them make the right choice in future study and job searches.

The school’s teachers provided college/university enrollment information while working with colleges, universities and vocational training centers to provide career guidance for their students and help them discover and develop their capabilities, as well as access new knowledge.

The percentage of school students passing the annual high school graduation and college/university entrance exams is high, while many students have found good jobs after graduation.
