Changes to the Supervisory Board of Inbank
At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 March 2023, the Supervisory Board of AS Inbank will propose
AS Inbank has submitted a proposal to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to amend Inbank Articles of Association as follows:
7.3 The Management Board is comprised of three (3) to nine (9) members who are elected by the Supervisory Board for three (3) years].
The amendment to the Articles of Association will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 March 2023.
