COVID-19: a new exogenous case confirmed

The new case of coronavirus contamination is a 29-year-old Indian woman who was quarantined upon arrival in Vietnam on board flight 6E9471 on October 6. She is currently being treated at Cu Chi Field Hospital.
Vietnam has not detected any new cases of local transmission of the virus for 48 days.
Of the confirmed cases, 1046 have been cured. Thirty-five deaths were reported. Of the patients undergoing treatment, 10 tested negative for the virus once, three more twice and three more three times. No patient is currently in a serious clinical situation.
More than 13500 people who have had close contact with the new positive cases or from areas affected by the pandemic are in quarantine in hospitals, places of containment or at home.
