Many infrastructure projects in Quy Nhon finished, the real estate market welcomed new waves
Infrastructure projects in the transport, urban and tourism sectors are considered “levers” to help complete the appearance of Qui Nhon and make the coastal city an attractive destination for real estate.
TP. Qui Nhon – the capital of Binh Dinh – has changed dramatically in recent years thanks to a breakthrough in infrastructure development. New Highway 19 from Quy Nhon port to the intersection of Highway 1 and the western route connecting from National Highway 19C intersection to Qui Nhon city has opened traffic.
The section of National Highway 19B connecting Phu Cat Airport and Nhon Hoi Economic Zone has also opened traffic, shortening the distance from the airport to the economic zone and the FLC Quy Nhon resort tourism complex to just over 10 minutes by travel.
The completion of that route will draw nearly three major focal points, Phu Cat Airport – Nhon Hoi Economic Zone – City. Qui Nhon, to promote smooth travel, to welcome the wave of investment from Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Thailand into the economic zone.
Previously, the upgrading of Phu Cat airport partly “gave wings” for the transportation infrastructure of Qui Nhon. After the new construction process, T1 station operates from May 2018 with an area of three times the old station, bringing the number of flights to Binh Dinh to an average of dozens of flights / day instead of 3-5 flights per day last year.

With less than an hour flying from Ho Chi Minh City and 1.5 hours flying from Hanoi, Qui Nhon is becoming the choice of many travelers.
Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet and Bamboo Airways are all exploiting domestic routes from Qui Nhon to tourist destinations.
The plan to operate international flights from Qui Nhon to Thailand, Japan, Korea, China and vice versa will also be promoted in the near future, after Qui Nhon welcomes the first international flight from Korea.
Quy Nhon’s breakthrough in transport infrastructure is one of the factors attracting large investors.
Many groups are and will implement a series of tourism projects – resorts adjacent to the tourist attractions.
Down to the city center, many residential urban projects, complex of commercial centers – offices for lease are also “accelerating” in order to catch up with the exciting development of services – commerce.
Mr. Phan Cao Thang, Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee, said that Qui Nhon will develop into an urban area associated with tourism. Therefore, the general planning of the city must have a vision to attract large investors and build good tourist attractions.
