According to statistics of the Ministry of Construction, the selling price of apartments in Hanoi in the third quarter is fluctuating between 24.8 – 37.7 million VND / m2. Meanwhile, this price in Binh Duong is 30 – 38 million VND / m2.
A recent report of the Ministry of Construction (synthesizing data from 56/63 localities) said that in the third quarter of 2020, the country had 295 commercial housing projects with 125,449 licensed apartments; 1,272 projects with 243,265 apartments are under construction; 118 completed projects with 25,911 apartments. In terms of house price index fluctuations, according to the Ministry of Construction, there is still no trend to reduce house prices. Specifically, the price of apartments across the country for the mid-end segment ranges from 20 to 35 million VND / m2, the high-end segment is over 35 million VND / m2.
The selling price of apartments in Hanoi is fluctuating in the range of 24.8 – 37.7 million VND / m2; HCM City is 30 – 50 million VND / m2, Quang Ninh is 23 – 27 million VND / m2, Hai Phong has prices ranging from 30 million VND / m2, Binh Duong is 30 – 38 million VND / m2, Can Tho is 19 – 60 million VND / m2.
The report of the Ministry of Construction also said that in the third quarter of 2020, apartment prices increased by about 0.24% compared to quarter II / 2020. In Ho Chi Minh City, the price of apartments in the third quarter increased by about 0.35% compared to before. In which, the high-end apartment segment increased by 0.16%, the mid-end apartment price increased by 0.72%, and the affordable apartment price increased by 0.85%. For individual houses, the price increases by about 0.26% compared to the second quarter of 2020.
According to the Ministry of Construction, due to scarcity of goods in the context of very high demand, apartment prices in Ho Chi Minh City soar and absorption rates are always high.
