Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee has just issued a decision approving the detailed construction plan of 1/500 new residential and commercial service area in the East, Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district.
The boundaries for planning are as follows: The North and the West borders the T11 canal and the existing population; the South borders existing residents and Tran Hung Dao street; East: border with Highway 37.
The planned research area is more than 28.5 hectares; estimated population size is about 4,000 people.
