Credit institutions and real estate issued more than 31,400 billion dong of bonds in June
Since April this year, credit institutions have surpassed the real estate group, leading the proportion of bond value issued.
The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced the situation of issuing corporate bonds in June as well as the first 6 months of 2020.
In June 2020, 46 businesses participated in the issuance of bonds with the total actual issuance value of nearly VND 42,474 billion, equivalent to 70% of the registered value. This is also the highest actual release level from the beginning of the year until now.

Since April, the group of credit institutions has led the market in the proportion of value of bonds issued. Similarly, this group accounted for over 48%, equivalent to VND 20,536 billion worth of bonds issued in June.
Some of the major deals of banks include: Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development Joint Stock Bank (BIDV) of nearly VND 6,000 billion, Ho Chi Minh City Housing Development Commercial Bank (HD Bank) 4,500 billion VND, Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) VND 2,935 billion, Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) VND 1,000 billion,
The real estate group was in the second position with the total value issued in the month above 10,905 billion dong, the average term of 3.1 years. In particular, Saigon Glory Co., Ltd. 3,000 billion, Aqua City Co. Ltd. 2,600 billion, Novaland 1,180 billion.
In the second quarter, businesses issued approximately 117,720 billion dong of bonds, the most common term is 3-5 years.
In the first 6 months of 2020, businesses had 818 bond issues with a total value of VND 156,328 billion. The international bond market recorded only VND 1.1 billion registered in the first quarter.
