According to information from the website of Bao Loc City (Lam Dong), city leaders have just had a meeting with Van Phu – Invest Investment JSC (Van Phu Invest, Code: VPI).
At the meeting, Van Phu Invest presented the diagram of three investment-oriented projects in Bao Loc city, including: Project of Nam Phuong 2 Lake Entertainment and Service Urban Area; Loc Phat Airport Project Development Research; Planning to build shophouse pedestrian street, commercial services, night market at Bao Loc old market.
After listening to the report, leaders of Bao Loc City and functional units agreed on the idea of implementing the projects and requested Van Phu Invesst to complete the documents, procedures and detailed drawings related to the projects for the local authorities to consider and submit to the competent authorities from the locality to the central level for the policy.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. To Nhu Toan, Chairman of Van Phu Invest’s Board of Directors, said Van Phu Invest wants to invest in the city, contribute projects to the growth of the city and be The city is considered as a strategic investor to implement projects.
According to Mr. Toan, the new ideas presented are primitive, Van Phu Invest will continue to research, improve and absorb the opinions of the city leaders for the best solutions and results.
In addition, the representative of the enterprise wished to have real companionship of the city, comprehensive cooperation and support, and create maximum favorable conditions for Van Phu Invest’s projects in Bao Loc to be successful in quickest way.
In 2019 Van Phu Invest also sent a document to the People’s Committees of Lam Dong and Bao Loc City to propose research on planning and implementing investment in a number of projects in the area of Bao Loc City.
Lam Dong province has assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the People’s Committee of Bao Loc City to advise and propose solutions to enterprises’ proposals.
Regarding the three projects proposed by Van Phu Invest, the most notable is Loc Phat airport located in Loc Phat ward (Bao Loc city). This is a mixed airport upgraded from an old military airport with an area of about 35 hectares, which has been discontinued since 1975.
Van Phu Invest is expected to make a plan for investment cooperation, infrastructure development in Bao Loc, restore the project of Loc Phat Airport with a scale of about 100 hectares, forming a level 3C airport, a runway. 1820mx 30m.
Currently, Bao Loc city has 48 projects calling for, attracting investment to build an eco-city and services and resorts.
In particular, many key projects are being interested by many domestic investors, such as: Loc Phat airport project with a scale of 50 to 100 hectares, forming an airport grade 3C; The project of a 5-star commercial-hotel complex (at Bao Loc old market); Loc Phat – Loc Thang golf course; Complex of eco-tourism, golf course, cable car of Sapung mountain, over 2500 ha and project of urban area, entertainment service – resort of Nam Phuong 1 lake and Nam Phuong 2 lake (approximate scale 390 ha in Ward 1 and Loc Phat Ward).
