10 most beautiful destinations in Vietnam in international magazines in 2023

The world's leading travel consulting magazine, Lonely Planet, has just voted the 10 most beautiful destinations in Vietnam that tourists should not miss.
Starting at the northern border, you will travel through 1,650 kilometers of emerald landscapes, "gilded" beaches and bustling cities before reaching your final destination in the south of Vietnam.

The laid-back beaches of the tropical Phu Quoc are an alternative to the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City or the ancient Hanoi. 
Choosing which destinations to explore in Vietnam is not easy, so Lonely Planet has created the following list (in order from 1 - 10) for tourists to have a more general overview.

1. Phu Quoc

Beach enthusiasts travel to Phu Quoc Island to "pray". This place is also crowded with local tourists who come to enjoy the thrills in the VinWonders amusement park and watch the breathtaking view of the sea from the world's longest sea-crossing cable car.

2. Hanoi

Every trip has to start somewhere, and the ideal destination for those coming to Vietnam for the first time is the capital, Hanoi. Developed infrastructure, affordable accommodation, world-class cuisine and rich history await visitors to explore. You can also easily go to Ha Long or the Northwest mountains from Hanoi. 4. Ho Chi Minh City

5. Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park

6. Hoi An

7. Central beaches

8. Hue
